About Julie Marie Irvin:

Joining the multifamily housing industry three years ago, Julie Marie Irvin provides speaker support and presentation consulting to a client base that includes national industry speakers and organizations such as Terri Norvell, Gloria Tibbs, Lisa Trosien, Grace Hill, Call Source, and others. Julie’s most recent project entails creating PowerPoint presentations to accompany the eight programs of the newly revamped NALP curriculum. Julie is an expert on: Personalized PowerPoint Training, Presentation Creation and Presentation “Face-Lifts” for Seminars, Training and Motivating.

As the former Strategic Marketing & Training Director for EPT Management Company, she was one of a five-member team that creates the training and marketing curriculum for over 24,000 units nationwide. Julie also monitored EPT’s corporate and property level Internet Marketing. In addition to her training and marketing duties, Ms. Irvin also coordinated all of EPT’s audio/visual needs for quarterly meetings and co-produces/directs the Annual Manager’s Conference and Awards Ceremony. Ms. Irvin is an active member of the Houston Apartment Association’s 101 Education Task Force, which has successfully created and facilitated the Computer 101 Series (Windows, Word, Excel and Power Point). As a former Presentation Specialist for Walt Disney World, Julie was responsible for creating, editing and rehearsing presentations for Fortune 500 companies. The combinations of her creative and technical talents have allowed her to effectively use PowerPoint for training, motivating, marketing and much more.
