About
Jon Barrett:
Since 1983, Jon has been responsible for the performance of
income producing real estate in markets throughout the south,
southeast, southwest and west. Entering the industry as a
weekend Leasing Consultant, he has held positions in operations,
marketing, training, business development and acquisitions
with both owner management and fee management organizations.
Jon
holds a Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Business Administration
and Marketing from the University of South Florida, The Certified
Apartment Property Supervisor designation from the National
Apartment Association and the Registered Apartment Manager
designation from the National Association of Homebuilders.
He has served on the Education Committee and the Board of
Directors of the Houston Apartment Association and has been
a frequent speaker at a variety of events. He has delivered
workshops in leasing, marketing, resident service, team building
and motivation to a variety of audiences, most recently appearing
as a featured speaker at the 10th Annual Sales & Marketing
Magic’s Brainstorming Session.
