Seminars and Workshops

Two-day strategic marketing workshops:

"Strategically Marketing Multifamily Real Estate Assets"
Looking for a workshop to teach your team leaders in your regional and property offices how to more effectively position their real estate asset(s)? These intensive two days includes homework assignments prior to the workshop that are specific to the properties being managed. If your goal is to make each team member think more strategically about marketing and sales, this workshop is complete with the tools needed to accomplish that objective.

“Turning a Property Manager Into an Asset Manager”
Property Managers have a host of disciplines that they manage day-in and day-out. This seminar helps the Property Manager weave in successful asset management approaches to daily activities, including human resources, marketing, management, maintenance and sales. If you are looking for a seminar to help your team transition from their current behavior to behavior that places more emphasis on asset management fundamentals, this seminar is key - and it's fun and easy, too!

“How to Write Strong Content Advertisements”
Spending thousands of dollars a year on advertising is a given. Many owners invest heavily and pay dearly for traffic, but the messages lack strong content. Auditing your media for strong content is fundamental to making every dollar count, and the focus on this seminar examines the pros and cons of your media. Is the written word of your media complete? Is something missing? What is your unique selling proposition [USP]? Do you clearly communicate it to your target audience? Do you have too much unqualified traffic stealing precious minutes away from your team’s high pay-off activities? Find out those answers and more in this session.

“Evaluating Your Property’s Marketing Plan”

Ultimately, your goal is to achieve results in the form of increased cash flow and profitability. We believe that if you don't know where you're going, you won't know when you've arrived. We begin with benchmarking and work through to evaluating and reevaluating the results. Taking a long, hard look at the plan and analyzing its results can give you a better understanding of the parts of the plan that worked, as well as new insight into the parts of the plan that failed to produce.

“Increasing the Value of Your Property Made Easy”

Penny for penny, dollar for dollar - many site teams lack basic economic skills to see value opportunities. In this session, basic economic factors of building appreciation are discussed and specific behaviors to increase value are covered. If your property’s financial performance is being effected by the undeveloped skills of your labor force, this seminar provides your team with “how to” activities to make the bottom-line shine!

“Defining Your Marketing Success”

Fundamental marketing skills are presented in this seminar by using unique and entertaining definitions of sales, marketing, and retention strategies. Industry benchmarks are reviewed, as well as other performance criteria. Quantifying the marketing investment and sales performance of your team helps to motivate the team to higher levels of productivity. Are you measuring the statistics that will help you to maximize your income and mitigate excessive loss? This seminar helps your team better comprehend high pay-off activities.
