About Jackie Ramstedt:
Jackie Ramstedt is a nationally renowned Motivational Speaker and Trainer who has been in the multi-housing industry for over 19 years. During her tenure, she has devoted her focus of expertise to the field of training and education, speaking on an international level for the National Apartment Association, Multi Housing World, and numerous state and local associations, including various management companies throughout the United States and Canada.
She started out on site, as a part time housekeeper and weekend leasing consultant. Working her way up through the ranks, she continued to make a name for herself by building credibility through her advancements, while winning numerous performance awards.
Jackie was named "Manager of the Year," twice, and earned her CAM and CAPS designations, back to back. She began her involvement with her local Apartment Association by teaching the leasing classes, now formally designated as the NALP Program, National Apartment Leasing Professional. Jackie attained her CAS, Certified Apartment Supplier, designation, and, most recently, was named Austin Apartment Association’s 2001 CAS Designate of the Year Award winner, where she also serves as the Education Committee Chair and on the Board of Director.
Currently, Jackie teaches not only the NALP classes, but also the CAM and CAPS courses. She has also custom designed such seminars as "The Heart of Basic Leasing", "How To Write An Effective Marketing Plan", and "Year 2002: The Next Generation of Leasing Professionals," for the Austin Apartment Association.
Jackie will also custom design a program or seminar to fit individual needs for management companies, and offers consultation services for specific properties and market analysis. All of her services can be either as a Keynote Speaker, Annual Management functions or on a contract basis for numerous seminars for the year. What ever your needs are, she will work with you to accomplish your goals.
