About
Don McNulty:
Don McNulty is a compelling speaker and writer. Involved in
the crime and trauma scene clean up and meth lab cleaning
industry. He is founder of Bio Cleaning Services of America,
Inc. which is one of the oldest companies of its kind in the
U. S. today, and has been a leader in this industry. Don speaks
regularly to many different groups concerning bio recovery
and its related fields, and also publishes the only industry
wide newsletter. Bio Cleaning Services won the 1998 Most Entrepreneurial
and Excellence In Business Awards in the State of Missouri,

of Communication, which is the highest award of the bio recovery
industry, in 2000. He has been interviewed on radio and television
many times and has had stories published concerning his company

contracting firm in this field. He has been speaking and training
for many years now and of late has appeared before many different
groups in the property and hospitality management markets.
Don
is described among those who have attended his sessions as
being extremely knowledgeable, effortless in delivery, upbeat,
interactive, informative and experienced in his field. His
expertise is in management, from the basics to the sublime.
He is earnest about his work and in the training of others
in proper safety measures and procedures to help facilitate
an organization in its operation during times of high stress.
The
trick in successfully handling any crisis is to have in place
the protocols, policies and procedures along with the training
to back it up. There are decisions to be made now, to be implemented
then, when there is really no time to think, but only to act.
It can be anything from a traumatic incident of major storm
damage or death, to as simple as a broken water pipe to be
properly and efficiently handled - to mitigate any damage
to the property or stress to the tenants. Knowing what to
do and when, and knowing how to interact with everyone concerned,
is well over half the battle.
