About Andrew Botieri:
Andrew is the founder of Total Peak Performance, a coaching
and sales/motivational training company to the property management
industry. Andrew has been coaching and training the property
management industry with energetic and dynamic leasing and
management training seminars for over ten years. He offers
in-person seminars as well as long distance telephone coaching
and training programs. Andrew uses lots of humor and high
energy to illustrate his points with real life stories. Andrew
was formerly the Vice President of Sales and Operations for
SpringStreet (now part of HomeStore.com), the largest Internet
apartment referral service. Andrew also was a National Sales
Trainer and Regional Director for HPC Apartment Guides for
8 years. He is also an instructor with the National Apartment
Association's (NAA) National Leasing Professional Program
(NALP) and has been a presenter for the National Apartment
Association, The Multi-Housing World, the Texas Apartment
Association and the New Jersey Apartment Associations' Annual
Conferences.
Andrew
is also an accomplished author having articles published in
many national magazines and apartment association newsletters.

THE "SUPERSTAR" LEASING PROFESSIONAL
For beginners and veteran leasing professionals
This
workshop covers a new shift in the apartment leasing sales
cycle for the 21st century. In this seminar we discuss the
importance of attitude and how first impressions reduce the
"defense mechanisms" of each new prospective resident.
